At Clock Canvas, we want your new wall art to be the perfect centerpiece for your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return address.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the clock or canvas in its original protective packaging to ensure it is not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your full refund or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
